Hotel Abest Osu Kannon Ekimae Hane no Yu

I definitely liked staying in this hotel because aside from the great location, the vicinity was very near convenient stores, and pharmacies. It was right beside Osu shopping street where you can find lots of restaurants, and stores. There was even a park nearby which my son enjoyed going to. They also provide toiletries, drinks, cups, a microwave for heating food, free space, toys for kids, and a comics / manga section free for guests to use. I want to highlight the hospitality and superb customer experience that the staff provided us during our stay. Mr Takahashi and the 2 other ladies (I didn't get the chance to ask for their names :( ) were truly a pro in providing the best hotel/accommodation experience. Even the other staff did their best to answer our questions and help us when we needed something. I recommend and will surely book again on this hotel!

Awesome service, the staff even delivered my luggage to my room by the time I returned to check in. The room is well-equipped, the bed is comfy, the onsen is beautiful and awesome, it even has a shampoo bar with different shampoos for every type of hair. Definitely stay here! Pretty close to the station too, which makes transportation much easier! :)

2-3 stations from Nagoya main station Subway Osu Kanoon exit 2/lift or escalator, street level go straight forward 100meters to street corner, Hotel at corner, next to 7/11, shopping arcade-food, best hotel Onsen opens 3pm-24:00. SaT night most busy, City hotels price double.

We booked a room for 5 pax. The beds are big and comfortable. The room is spacious for 5 people with a lot of luggages. There is a vendo machine just outside our room. The location is just a few steps from Osu Shopping District. The staff allowed us to wait in the cafe while waiting for check in since we got tired from walking around the shopping area.

The suite was nice and clean. Bigger than most rooms in Japan and can accommodate more than 5 pax.
